We are seeking an experienced and innovative Program Director to join our real estate tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate technology, mortgage lending, property valuation, and credit scoring analytics. As a key member of our team, the Program Director will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's business strategy, focusing on technology adoption and innovative rent-to-own programs.

• Lead the development of new rent-to-own products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and align with our ESG framework.

• Identify and integrate technology partners to enhance the company's backend infrastructure and provide a seamless customer experience.

• Lead the development and launch of proprietary software and platforms, such as AI-powered mortgage lending and underwriting tools, property valuation plugins, and credit scoring analytics tools.

• Source and secure funding from investors to support company growth and technology adoption.

• Continuously optimize the client intake and adjudication processes, streamlining the rent-to-own experience for renters and property owners.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience with the rent-to-own space, finance, management consulting, sales, and ESG development.

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate technology industry, with a focus on mortgage lending, property valuation, and credit scoring analytics.

• Leading a team and managing a technology-driven business.

• Utilizing Asana for project management and delivery.

• AI-powered mortgage lending and underwriting software, property valuation plugins, and credit scoring analytics tools.

• Minimum bachelor's degrees, Master's degree in Business preferred.
