Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and organized Customer Success Specialist join our real estate tech startup.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage individual customer portfolios.

Onboarding and Support: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and utilize the product or service effectively. Provide ongoing support and solutions to customers’ needs.

Feedback and Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Gather customer feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights. Prepare reports on account status, renewal rates, and customer success metrics.

Collaboration with Program Director: Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide product input regarding customer requests and product enhancements.

Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and updates. Develop educational materials and resources to aid customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. Experience in a customer-facing role is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to customers and team members.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
